Words can not express my deepest gratitude and heart felt thanks for your superb dental work. I absolutely love my veneers and most importantly adore my smile. There isn't another dental professional that I would trust performing such tedious dental work. Your perfectionism shows in your work and I am proud to say that Dr. G. Thomas Phillips is my dentist. Thanks again for a flawless job.

I've finally given up. I've looked high and low to find the right words to thank you for all that you've done to give me the beautiful smile that I've always wanted. I've concluded that there are NO words to describe how happy I am with my new smile and how grateful I am to have you as my dentist and as a special friend.

Thanks so much for taking your time and being so patient in accomplishing what you've done for me - giving me the best smile that anyone could ever want! You're the greatest!

Having my teeth done by Dr. Phillips was the best thing I ever did for my career and myself. A friend recommended Dr. Phillips and at first, I was a little anxious. In fact, I was ashamed to smile. Over the years, I progressively obtained the habit of talking little and smiling with my lips closed. When I laughed, I covered my mouth with my hand. It is no wonder that my associates thought I was introverted. The most embarrassing thing I had to do was give lectures and status reports. It's funny how a smile can be so reassuring to people. Because I was afraid to smile, others confidence in the given situation would be low. It made me feel like the bearer of bad news every time I had to do a presentation. This got worse as I thought my baby teeth were about to come out. I did not want to walk around with huge gaping holes in my teeth. I am not a country bumpkin but a highly trained professional. My embarrassment over my teeth had affected both my career and personal life. It was time to do something about it.

Dr. Phillips gave me an excellent and detailed evaluation. He had recommended orthodontics. But, since I look so young anyway, I didn't think looking like a teenager for the next two years was a valid option. Based on the model he made of my teeth, he fully explained my other options. He answered my questions in terms that I could Understand. He was very considerate and understanding with me.

When the first major stage of the procedure was done, it was a little painful afterwards. But it was not severe. Advil was the only drug I needed. During the work, I was kept in extreme comfort the whole time. In fact, I was so comfortable, I'm sure that I got some much-needed rest. The temporaries looked so realistic. The few friends that knew I had the work done thought they were the final results. They were very impressed with the work. My life changed from that moment on in a dramatic way.

Let me tell you of the impact Dr. Phillips has had on my life. After the swelling went down, I looked in the mirror and realized that I had a beautiful smile. My teeth looked natural and even. I no longer had a gummy smile or baby teeth that looked long past ready to fall out. My crooked buck teeth were gone and replaced with artwork. I learned to really smile that day. I was so excited, I felt like smiling all day. When I got in to work, some of the first comments I heard were you are in a good mood today and You're smiling. I'm almost always in a good mood but people's perception was in the smile. People are more relaxed around me and there are a lot more jokes being flung about the room. I went from being a sobering presence to a friendly one. Instead of hearing everyone's woes, now I hear the happy news too. My personality went from being extremely quiet to very open. When I give a presentation, people are much more confident about the information I present. I can smile without fear of disgusting people. I didn't feel like I had be invisible. Also, the benefits to my social calendar are fantastic. Now, I get asked to all the parties. The best part though, the office hunk said I had a great smile and asked me out. He never knew I had the work done. In fact, most people that I work with do not know I've had the work done. But, I seem more approachable to them. It's so wonderful being able to smile. I'll never be able to thank Dr. Phillips enough. His work is very beautiful. I would recommend him to anyone. I would trust his judgment and experience to give you the best results.

Sincerely, Linda

Well, here we are 10 years since I walked into your dental office with an old, cracked filling between my two upper front teeth, physical signs of excessive wear, including grinding, of my upper teeth, and several pre-existing, ill fitting crowns.

After care assessment of the health of my upper teeth, observation of my bite patterns, a comparison of old and current photographs of my smile and listening to me in order to gain insight into my preferences, you outlined a plan for the restoration of 13 of my natural teeth. To be perfectly honest with you, I was initially overwhelmed, but you and your efficient office staff walked me through every step of the procedure. Every questions was answered and I quickly realized that I was in the hands of an extremely capable, detail-oriented and thoughtful professional.

I still recall the day of the procedure. it was a long day for both of us, but you had thoroughly planned for the preparation of my teeth and application of all 13 temporary crowns in one procedure. I was your only patient that day. Barbara, who was your chair-side assistant at the time, gently tended to my needs and yours. I was put at ease by both of you.

Happily, all your careful preparation, color matching, mechanical adjustments, and a working relations with a high quality dental laboratory provided me with 13 extremely well matched and fitted crowns. My youthful smile had been returned and I am still smiling.

Both my husband and I have continued as your patients over these 10 years. Your advice and that of Jane, one of your dental hygienists, concerning our teeth, dental hygiene, and oral health is trusted and respected. The staff at your office is more like family who responds professionally but with understanding to our dental emergencies and appointment needs.
Dr. Phillips, the frequent compliments I still receive on my bright smile are really meant for your and your staff.
